Refund and Exchange Policy

You have 03 days from the date of delivery to claim for the return or exchange if:

  • The product is damaged, stained, defected, wrong or incomplete. The product/s must be unused in the original packaging with labels and protective stickers attached.
  • The product received does not match the size ordered.
  • In case you receive an opened or unsealed box or packaging, please inform us immediately to avoid any claims.
  • Provide all the required information to our representative.
  • Exchanges during a sale or on a discounted product are ONLY applicable if the product received does not match the product you have ordered.
  • The policies listed above are applicable for orders delivered within Pakistan.

How do I Apply For A Return?

To apply for a return, please contact our customer care team within the specified return period. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return. Once your request is reviewed, our team will guide you through the return process and share the return address or pickup details. Please ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and meets our return policy requirements.

When Will My Return Be Processed?

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy requirements. After approval, your return will be processed within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.

Customized and Make to Orders

Customized orders include alterations and make-to-measure products that CANNOT be refunded or exchanged.

Do You Offer Refunds?

Yes, we offer refunds on eligible returns that meet our return policy criteria. Once your returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping charges and customized items may not be refundable.
