How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery across Pakistan takes 3 to 5 business days. Express delivery (1 to 2 business days) is available at checkout for select cities. Remote areas may require an additional 1 to 2 days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders above PKR 3,000. Orders below this threshold have a flat shipping fee applied at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number on our courier partner's website to monitor your delivery status in real time.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Please contact us immediately at info@somiaura.com or through our Contact page. Once the order is processed for dispatch, changes may not be possible.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Sale items and undergarments are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Email us at info@somiaura.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide a return shipping address. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are credited back to your original payment method or issued as store credit, whichever you prefer.

How do I choose the right fragrance?
Each product page includes a detailed fragrance description with scent family, top notes, heart notes, and base notes. We recommend reading the description carefully and considering your personal preference for floral, woody, oriental, or fresh scents. If you are unsure, our team is happy to help you find the perfect match.
Are the colours accurate in the photos?
We do our best to represent colours accurately in our product photography. However, slight variations may occur due to monitor settings and screen calibration. If you are unsure about a colour, feel free to contact us before placing your order.
